Our Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our property. Please review these terms carefully before making a reservation.
Cancellations Made 7+ Days Before Check-In
Cancellations made 7 or more days before your scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
Cancellations Made 3-6 Days Before Check-In
Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before your scheduled check-in date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount. The remaining 50% may be retained to cover administrative costs and potential lost revenue.
Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours of Check-In
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled check-in date are non-refundable. The full booking amount will be forfeited, regardless of the room type or rate plan selected at the time of booking.
No-Shows
If you fail to arrive at the hotel on your scheduled check-in date and do not contact us in advance, your reservation will be considered a no-show and the full booking amount will be non-refundable.
Modifications
If you need to change your reservation dates or room type, please contact us as early as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation and re-booking, depending on how close the change is to your check-in date.
Force Majeure
In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will do our best to accommodate guests. Refunds or rescheduling options will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
